First, let us start by saying we wish you, your family, and your organization the very best during this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are fortunate to have you as customers and partners and know we will all get through this together! Working remotely has quickly become an accepted practice, with companies attempting to shield their staff from the epidemic. However, not every organization knows where to start in providing virtual or distance training. We want you to know PST is here to help you and assist in offering training remotely during this transition. Please share with us what changes you are implementing within your business and how we can be of any assistance.
With that said, we are working diligently to make sure we continue to provide the training experience you’ve come to expect from PST, Inc. We already have experience in delivering Remote and WebEx on hands training to several of our corporate clients and would like to extend these training services to all our clients or future customers who have this need during this time and into the future. PST will follow the most recent state and local government CDC Guidelines currently in place and will keep you notified of any class cancellations or rescheduling options for upcoming class dates. For those clients who currently have pre-purchased training vouchers in place with us, we would like to extend the life of the vouchers if needed.
