Class begins at 9 a.m., and ends between
4-4:30 p.m. Please arrive early to sign in. In fairness to all students, anyone
arriving after 10 a.m. may need to be rescheduled.
There is NO CHARGE for canceling 3 or more
business days prior to a class on the Application schedule, or 10 or more
business days prior to a class on the Technical schedule.
The fee for rescheduling or canceling a
class within the 3 or 10 business days mentioned
above is billed at half the course price. However, we will be
happy to credit this fee towards a future session of the same class for up to 1
year.
There is a full charge for NO-SHOWS (those
not canceling or rescheduling as of the close of business the day before). PST
recognizes business requirements may necessitate such a cancellation,
therefore, after having paid the full price for the class, you may still take
it on a future date as your retake.

Inc. offers a one-year retake guarantee, 90 days of telephone support, a
certificate of completion, and post-training support with PST Assist.
PST
reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes that do not meet our
minimum requirements.
No charges will result for the student.
